The fee for our Drop-in / Introduction program is $16.00
per class. To make this program even more affordable you
can purchase a Six Pack Card for $80.00. The Six Pack Card
offers $16.00 savings on 6 classes. The card will expire
at the end of 8 weeks or after you have taken 6 classes.

Hip hop developed from several dance cultures,
including jazz, rock, tap and American and Latino cultures.
Hip hop is a very energetic form of dancing. It is unique
in that it allows its dancers to perform with freedom
of movement, adding in their own personalities. Learn
some new funky moves to show off for your friends and
have fun getting a great workout at the same time. |
Zumba with Marcy – Thurs. 8:00 –

that you say? Zumba is a Latin based dance exercise
program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow
moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that

Ballet/Stretch with Dana – Sat. 8:30-9:30

Most people think of ballet as a highly structured
dance form developed in Europe as a performance art
that required dedication and early training to achieve
mastery. It has now evolved into a viable exercise
alternative . Ballet/Stretch will teach you to enjoy
movement and become comfortable with your body as
much as to build muscle tone and flexibility.
